What you will do

  • Own and execute retailer-specific GTM strategies across current retail media partners.
  • Lead market expansion into new geographies, specifically LATAM and EMEA.
  • Develop retail media marketing campaigns to drive media sales and deepen partner relationships.
  • Build a repeatable and scalable GTM and expansion playbook.
  • Partner with sales and demand generation teams to develop enablement materials and positioning.
  • Monitor market intelligence, competitive landscapes, and retailer priorities.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience in retail media, adtech, or commercial marketing.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable in client-facing settings, representing the company to retail media leaders.
  • Ability to operate both strategically (market strategy) and operationally (brief building).
  • Strong cross-functional instincts and writing ability.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Account management or client services experience.
  • Direct experience at a retail media network or programmatic platform.
  • Experience launching marketing in LATAM, EMEA, or APAC.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise retail landscape (convenience, grocery, or specialty).
