What you will do

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for engagement modeling aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the full ML development lifecycle from ideation to large-scale production deployment.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with PMs and Data Scientists to align on engagement strategies and model KPIs.
• Optimize model architectures using deep learning and advanced ML techniques for predictive accuracy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing high-performing machine learning teams, ideally in the Ads domain.
• Deep hands-on experience training, evaluating, and deploying large-scale ML models in production.
• 4+ years of professional experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to communicate complex technical strategies effectively to diverse cross-functional audiences.

• Previous experience specifically with Ads or Engagement Modeling.
