• Own the product delivery lifecycle from technical strategy to daily execution.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of mobile engineers while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain a hands-on approach by reviewing code, challenging architectural choices, and setting technical standards.
• Drive AI integration opportunities to enhance user experience and product innovation.
• Establish performance objectives and improve engineering workflows, tooling, and culture.
• Scale the mobile engineering organization in alignment with business and product growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record scaling high-traffic B2C consumer apps with millions of active users.
• Experience leading both iOS and Android teams in high-velocity environments.
• Startup or scale-up DNA with experience navigating fast iteration cycles and ambiguity.
• Deep technical expertise to contribute to the codebase and challenge architecture and performance trade-offs.
• Strong product and business mindset focused on metrics, retention, and engagement.
• Fluent in English required (French is a plus).

Nice to have

• Expertise in streaming video, media frameworks, and real-time content delivery.
• Experience with AI/ML integration in mobile applications.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion optimization.
• Active involvement in mobile engineering communities or open-source contributions.
