What you will do
- Lead technical strategy and execution for log query performance and ingestion at scale.
- Partner with Product Managers to define ambiguous product requirements and implement high-impact solutions.
- Prototype AI-powered log management capabilities and integrate external data sources.
- Mentor engineers across various levels and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- Deep experience architecting and scaling data-intensive distributed backend systems.
- Expertise in debugging complex systems and optimizing real-time data pipelines.
- Proven track record of partnering with PMs and customers to ship impactful features.
- Experience using AI agents and coding tools in day-to-day engineering workflows.
- Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in New York, USA.
