Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: USA — Remote. The role is performed in the United States. A Boston office is available for optional use.

Salary: $141,800–$187,110 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Build new capabilities and features across hirify.global's product suite.
• Prototype solutions for ambiguous requirements and clarify customer value.
• Ship code changes that improve the customer experience.
• Participate in feature planning, plan features, and drive their development.
• Release features publicly and gather feedback from internal and external users.
• Teach team members and share knowledge gained while building.

Requirements

• Senior-level software engineering experience with a strong technical background.
• Proficiency in either Go or TypeScript and in either Python or R.
• Experience with backend systems, data tooling, and data science frameworks is helpful.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguous requirements and take initiative.
• Strong user empathy, product judgment, collaboration, and learning skills.
• Track record of shipping successful products and delivering measurable customer value.
