QA Analyst (SaaS)

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000

What you will do

• Manage quality across all application tiers, including back-end, business, and front-end.
• Perform acceptance, regression, and smoke testing to minimize defects in production.
• Write test cases and fixtures, guiding automation engineers on effective implementation.
• Leverage AI-powered tools for test case creation, defect pattern analysis, and regression test prioritization.
• Collaborate with application and data development teams as well as business stakeholders.
• Act as the final gatekeeper and decision-maker for release deployments.

Requirements

• Experience with iterative test planning and execution.
• Experience with large-scale performance testing and tools.
• Experience working within a SOC 2 Type II certified environment.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying.
• Familiarity with Selenium and JMeter.
• Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits like 401k and HSA/FSA).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and AJAX.
• Two-year or four-year college degree from a regionally accredited institution.
