What you will do

• Design and develop a reusable framework for agentic AI solutions and reference architectures across the Organisation.
• Build and implement RAG pipelines, AI agents, and services integrated with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Transform experimental proofs of concept (PoCs) into production-ready tools ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Produce technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices to support scalable AI development.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools, open-weight models, and frameworks.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Public Policy or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python for building production-grade applications.
• Experience with major GenAI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI).
• Fluency in English or French and knowledge of the other official language.
• Must be a national of an hirify.global member country.

Nice to have

• Experience with open-weight model optimization, such as fine-tuning (LoRA/PEFT) and quantization.
• Experience working in international or multilateral environments.
• Knowledge of vector databases and indexing/retrieval strategies.
