What you will do

• Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and optimization methods to support management decision making and policy formulation.
• Report statistical analysis results using graphs, charts, and tables.
• Evaluate and ensure appropriateness of statistical methods based on user needs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-enterprise colleagues.
• Develop comprehensive fund performance monitoring tools by collating data from multiple sources.
• Perform historical data analysis to detect systemic issues and strengthen analytic models for investment risk profiling.
• Work with technology teams to implement enterprise-level solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematical Finance, or related field with 3 years experience, or Master's degree with 1 year experience.
• Experience in quantitative data analysis supporting investment research using Python, R, Snowflake, and Oracle.
• Demonstrated expertise in fixed income risk analysis, Python-based performance attribution, and financial tools like Bloomberg and FactSet.
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining data pipelines, integrating disparate data sources, and ensuring data integrity with automation.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable insights using Tableau, Power BI, and related tools.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
