What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner for DTC, web product, engineering, marketing, and finance teams to shape roadmaps.
• Diagnose and evaluate full-funnel user experiences from traffic acquisition to checkout micro-conversions.
• Establish causality using A/B testing, analytics, and causal inference methods.
• Develop and implement metrics strategies that measure what matters to users and the business.
• Leverage AI tools to automate analysis and contribute to an AI-native analytics stack.
• Present clear narratives and actionable insights to leadership and working teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• 6+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or decision science at a consumer tech company.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience with causal inference methods in applied settings.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Experience with experimentation platforms and web analytics tools like GA4 or Adobe Analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription or freemium business models.
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager or Tealium.
• Experience building dbt models or contributing to analytics engineering workflows.
• Background in growth, retention, or lifecycle analytics.
