Salary: $145,000 - $205,000

What you will do
- Own the North America workplace strategy and operating model.
- Develop workplace plans for capacity, service levels, and programming.
- Establish and track performance metrics regarding employee experience and budget adherence.
- Manage vendor relationships across facilities, hospitality, and office services.
- Partner with People, IT, and Finance to deliver holistic workplace solutions.
- Lead and develop a distributed Workplace team across North America.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in workplace, facilities, or office operations.
- Proven people management experience with coaching abilities.
- Experience managing multi-site or regional operations.
- Expertise in service delivery and scaling operations from scratch.
- Must be based in the Bay Area or relocate to San Francisco prior to start date.
