TL;DR

AI Systems Engineer (AI): Developing and scaling AI-driven automation systems for internal organizational workflows with an accent on rapid prototyping, LLM integration, and cross-functional process optimization. Focus on building MVPs using LangChain and Python to reduce manual work and accelerate execution across departments.

Location: Hybrid model in Tel Aviv (office attendance required Tuesday–Thursday)

hirify.global is an AI-powered financial operations platform specializing in the procure-to-pay lifecycle for over 1,800 customers.

What you will do

  • Analyze internal workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose AI-driven automation solutions.
  • Rapidly build and iterate MVPs using Python, LangChain, Zapier, and OpenAI Assistants.
  • Integrate AI workflows with business tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, and Slack.
  • Transition prototypes into stable, monitored systems with full documentation and observability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Engineering to tailor solutions.
  • Track and quantify business value through metrics such as time saved and error reduction.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in automation, ops engineering, or internal tooling.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience working with LLMs and frameworks such as OpenAI, Claude, or LangChain.
  • Proficiency with no-code/low-code tools like Zapier, Make, or Airtable.
  • Must be based in Tel Aviv to support the hybrid office schedule.

Nice to have

  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and complex system integrations.
  • Familiarity with Jira workflows and GitHub automations.
  • Understanding of AI governance and data privacy frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
