Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel (3 days office / 2 days home)

What you will do

• Design and deploy AI agents to automate high-value workflows, including lead qualification, churn reduction, and ticket deflection.
• Develop the end-to-end agent stack, covering tool use, memory management, multi-step planning, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases, hybrid search, and re-ranking to ground agents in proprietary knowledge.
• Define and implement evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, and ROI.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably within the fintech industry.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and AI system building.
• Deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including systematic evaluation of enterprise solutions.
• Must be based in Israel to support the hybrid work model in Tel Aviv.

Nice to have

• Experience building RAG systems and conversational chatbots.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS, and AI-Ops practices.
