What you will do

• Lead the technical design and implementation of AI agent architectures and workflows.
• Develop and extend MCP integrations to connect AI agents with enterprise tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Design production-grade, multi-tenant AI systems with a focus on observability and resilience.
• Build and maintain Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and drive engineering best practices including code reviews and testing strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Python expertise with experience in async programming and FastAPI.
• 4+ years of frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience designing and deploying language model-based solutions in production.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integrations and agentic frameworks.
• Solid understanding of API design, authentication patterns, and multi-tenant architectures.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of technical leadership.
