What you will do

  • Design and deliver AI-driven workflows to increase sales efficiency and pipeline velocity.
  • Build scalable automations using platforms like n8n, Make.com, LangChain, and Python.
  • Develop tools to remove operational friction for GTM teams, including Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Own projects from zero to one, covering discovery, scoping, building, and deployment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify operational pain points and craft practical AI solutions.
  • Explore and integrate new AI capabilities into valuable business use cases.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of development experience with the ability to build scalable solutions in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral) and orchestration tools (n8n, Make.com, LangChain).
  • Proven ability to understand, optimize, and automate complex business processes.
  • High degree of independence and a structured problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Track record of building practical tools with measurable business impact.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with GTM or RevOps teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and embeddings.
  • Portfolio of AI side projects or proof-of-concepts.
