What you will do

• Oversee audiovisual operations and ensure flawless execution of events.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain sound systems, projectors, video conferencing equipment, and lighting.
• Coordinate complex audiovisual setups and event logistics.
• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of AV technicians.
• Work with clients, team members, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality event experiences.

Requirements

• Expertise in operating and troubleshooting a wide range of AV equipment.
• Proven ability to coordinate and execute complex audiovisual setups for diverse events.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage equipment, schedules, and event logistics with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing event requirements.
