TL;DR

Senior Operations & Maintenance Manager (Infrastructure): Coordinating commissioning, acceptance testing, start-up, operational readiness, and transfer of completed infrastructure and building assets with an accent on safe operations, HSE compliance, and EAM/CMMS implementation. Focus on resolving complex control and commissioning issues, coordinating multidisciplinary contractors and PMCs, and establishing effective operations and maintenance regimes.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Saudi National required

What you will do

Coordinate with the client, PMCs, contractors, operators, and maintainers to define operations and maintenance requirements.
Lead acceptance verification, commissioning, start-up, performance testing, operational readiness reviews, and asset handover.
Develop operations and maintenance strategies, execution plans, procedures, schedules, and regimes.
Coordinate multidisciplinary commissioning, training, manuals, asset tagging data, BIM/GIS models, and spare-parts handover.
Resolve technical issues affecting commissioning schedules, system performance, and complex control systems.
Lead HSE risk assessments, operational reviews, JSA activities, permit-to-work implementation, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years of facilities management experience in FLS, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within infrastructure and buildings projects.
Minimum 5 years in a Lead Operations and Maintenance Engineer or Senior Operations and Maintenance role.
Experience with utility systems, mechanical packages, brownfield modifications, and tie-ins.
Experience establishing operations and maintenance regimes and implementing EAM/CMMS.
Saudi National status is required for the Riyadh-based role.

Nice to have

PMP certification.
NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification.
