Equipment Supervisor (Oil & Gas)

Location: Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia; onsite; ability to live in KSA required

What you will do

• Prepare job instructions for equipment and lifting teams.
• Coordinate heavy lifts and equipment operations on site.
• Ensure lifting equipment is safe and ready for use.
• Supervise lifting and heavy equipment teams.
• Ensure personnel have the skills, training, resources, equipment, and tools required for safe routine maintenance.
• Promote proactive safety practices and behavior while meeting contract requirements.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience with a high school education, or at least 8 years with a diploma.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management for Oil & Gas facilities.
• Proven leadership experience in large organizations.
• Strong organization, communication, strategic management, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to achieve business results in a multicultural environment.
• Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA.
