Furniture Fixtures and Equipment Coordinator - Saudi National

Location: Full-time onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Saudi National required.

What you will do

• Coordinate FF&E, artwork, décor, and bespoke product packages from concept through final delivery.
• Support custom product concepts and coordinate material boards, mood boards, samples, prototypes, finishes, and product specifications.
• Manage interfaces with PMCs, contractors, designers, vendors, manufacturers, engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, HSE, and client representatives.
• Monitor procurement, manufacturing, shipping, storage, installation, and delivery activities against occupancy and project milestones.
• Lead installation coordination, commissioning, acceptance inspections, readiness reviews, punch-list closure, and final handover.
• Review completion dossiers, fabrication and installation records, as-built information, turnover packages, and close-out documentation.

Requirements

• Interior Design degree or diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FF&E design, procurement and logistics management, and installation.
• Experience with design support, schedules and specifications, vendor management, logistics and supply chain management, and installation site coordination.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, Trimble SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to manage HSE, quality assurance, commissioning, acceptance, and turnover activities in a multidisciplinary infrastructure project.
