What you will do

• Operate automated industrial equipment and automation controls while adhering to GMP, SOP, and SQF standards.
• Manage production orders using MES and Simatic Batch, reviewing and adjusting recipes in collaboration with R&D.
• Track downtime and maintenance requests via SAP and RedZone, utilizing OEE systems to analyze and recommend improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues and equipment breakdowns to implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance to line operators and train new control room technicians.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a skilled operator or controls technician.
• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pennsauken, NJ, USA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with UHT systems.
• Experience with PCS7 or similar automation systems.
• Experience in food processing or pharmaceuticals.
