What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems using Go, emphasizing reliability and observability.
• Own end-to-end architecture, including service decomposition, data modeling, and API design.
• Drive performance optimization initiatives across CPU, memory, I/O, and network layers.
• Build and operate high-scale workloads using Kafka, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and Redis/Valkey.
• Manage services within containerized environments using Kubernetes or HashiStack (Nomad, Consul, Vault).
• Champion a DevOps culture through CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident response.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend systems and distributed architectures.
• Deep expertise in Go, including concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of system design principles, fault tolerance, and consistency models.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or HashiStack.
• Experience with event-driven systems (Apache Kafka) and databases (PostgreSQL, OpenSearch).
• Deep knowledge of Linux systems, networking stacks, and performance diagnostics.
