TL;DR

Scrum Master (Agile/Delivery): Supporting multiple Agile delivery teams with an accent on delivery execution, release management, and incident coordination. Focus on facilitating Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, optimizing Jira reporting, and driving predictable delivery outcomes.

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Wilmington, DE)

What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives) for up to three teams.
• Lead release management activities, including planning, coordination, execution, and post-release validation.
• Manage and track cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and incidents to ensure delivery flow.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Leaders to align priorities and delivery commitments.
• Develop Jira dashboards and reports using JQL to provide transparency into performance and delivery metrics.
• Coach teams in Scrum and Kanban frameworks to increase efficiency and accountability.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teams.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Wilmington, DE (3 days onsite).
• Strong expertise in Release, Incident, and Dependency Management.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence, specifically JQL and dashboard creation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-powered tools for user story and requirements generation.
• Background in financial services or highly regulated environments.
• CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum certifications.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and release governance.
