Scrum Master (Agile): Coordinating an agile development team and ensuring adherence to Scrum Framework principles with an accent on sprint management and progress tracking. Location: New York or Remote. Must have US work authorization (GC, USC, GC-EAD)

Salary: $47/hr on W2

What you will do

• Coordinate agile development teams ensuring all activities follow Scrum Framework principles.
• Lead teams through timeboxed sprints and track progress via daily stand-up meetings.
• Determine appropriate courses of action independently for varied work assignments.
• Align team activities with department, segment, and organizational operating objectives.
• Make operational decisions in ambiguous situations with minimal direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with the SDLC (less than 5 years).
• Proven experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Experience working within multi-team environments.
• Valid US work authorization: GC, USC, or GC-EAD is required.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in insurance operations or the health solutions industry.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Advanced knowledge of Kanban development methodology.
• Working knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools and technical documentation skills.
