What you will do

• Orchestrate and refine the multi-year digital roadmap for factories and local supply chain operations.
• Translate operational bottlenecks into structured, prioritized digital and IT demands.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Manage the end-to-end demand intake, prioritization process, and business case development.
• Drive standardization of data, processes, and digital practices across factory sites.
• Define and execute adoption strategies for digital and AI solutions to ensure sustained value realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment working with shop-floor operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Business Partnering, Product Ownership, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems such as MES, SCADA, and PLC.
• Proven ability in business analysis, requirement definition, and stakeholder alignment.
• Knowledge of structured change management principles and industrial KPIs like OEE and ROI.
