TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end client relationships as the primary point of contact for plan sponsors and providers.
  • Partner with Plan Advisors to execute annual service plans, governance calendars, and client communications.
  • Organize fiduciary review meetings, prepare investment reports, and conduct fee analysis.
  • Oversee plan conversion projects and coordinate implementation timelines.
  • Research and resolve client inquiries regarding plan compliance and operations.
  • Facilitate participant education initiatives and collaborate with financial coaches.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in the financial services industry with direct support for retirement plans (401(k), 403(b)).
  • FINRA Series 65 license required (or ability to obtain within 3–6 months).
  • Strong understanding of ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows and multiple client relationships.

  • Professional designations such as C(k)P, CPFA, or AIF.
