What you will do

• Develop the GBS process landscape with clear ownership and end-to-end transparency.
• Establish and enhance group-wide governance structures, standards, and frameworks.
• Lead international transformation projects from initial ideation through to sustainable implementation.
• Drive digital transformation by advancing process automation, workflow digitalization, and AI-based solutions.
• Initiate and manage improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to deliver measurable efficiency gains.
• Advise senior leaders on the prioritization and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience leading international projects within complex organizational structures, including change management.
• Strong process expertise and hands-on experience in analyzing, modeling, and optimizing business processes (e.g., BPMN 2.0, UML).
• Practical experience with frameworks such as PCF, ITIL, COBIT, Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Confident project management skills according to common standards (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA) and experience with ISO certifications.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are a plus.
