What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end migration of credit control and finance processes to a BPO provider.
• Establish governance frameworks and monitor outsourced provider performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and the outsourcing partner to align objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Deliver accurate transition progress and risk indicator reports to senior leadership.
• Oversee process documentation and champion change management initiatives to embed new ways of working.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance or credit control managerial roles.
• Strong understanding of financial risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage third-party relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance monitoring and reporting.
• Must be based in Lisbon.
