Senior Project Manager | Dubai
A leading diversified group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a high-profile executive office, supporting the delivery of strategic priorities and business transformation initiatives across a complex, fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities
▪️Lead and deliver high-impact strategic initiatives and transformation projects across multiple business units.
▪️Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, driving alignment between strategic priorities and execution.
▪️Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, executive presentations, and decision-support materials.
▪️Manage complex stakeholder groups across operations, finance, sales, marketing, technology, and corporate functions.
▪️Monitor project performance, risks, dependencies, and key milestones, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-moving environment.
▪️Support organizational transformation, operational excellence, digital initiatives, and business improvement programs.
▪️Facilitate governance forums, executive reviews, and steering committee meetings.
▪️Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic assessments to support business decisions.
Ideal Background
▪️8–12 years' experience in Strategy, PMO, Corporate Strategy, Chief of Staff, Consulting, Business Transformation, or Strategic Projects.
▪️Experience supporting C-suite executives, Executive Committees, or Chairman/CEO offices.
▪️Background from consulting firms, corporate strategy teams, investment groups, technology companies, or diversified organizations.
▪️Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
▪️Experience in executive reporting, board presentations, and business case development.
▪️Exposure to digital transformation, AI initiatives, operational excellence, PMO, or organizational transformation is advantageous.
Qualifications
▪️Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
▪️MBA preferred.
▪️PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are advantageous.
