What you will do

• Facilitate stakeholder readiness regarding new processes, functionalities, and systems.
• Support business change management through impact assessments, communication materials, and training coordination.
• Develop and maintain a forward-looking pipeline, identifying dependencies, risks, and priorities early.
• Coordinate go-live implementations and act as the primary point of contact for post-implementation incidents.
• Manage backlog refinement and ensure requirements are documented and validated in a timely manner.
• Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and Group policies.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in PMO for large-scale transformation or ERP programs.
• Expertise in planning, coordination, and tracking of complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of program governance structures, reporting cycles, and decision frameworks.
• English: C1 level required.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Luxembourg.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP programs such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Experience working within financial institutions or highly regulated environments.
