What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle of contingent workforce recruiting, from requisition intake to offboarding.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external agency vendors.
- Execute effective sourcing strategies to ensure a high-quality candidate pool for all assigned roles.
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors to ensure fair market value and alignment with business needs.
- Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) for data accuracy and reporting.
- Provide guidance to contractors and managers regarding time entry and contract extensions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally within software or technology services.
- Proven experience in sourcing passive candidates and managing complex rate negotiations.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Vendor Management Systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
