What you will do

• Repair and maintain machinery like injection molding machines, motors, tools, conveyors, and grinding systems.
• Review service manuals and schedules to plan preventive maintenance frequency.
• Coordinate maintenance timing with production schedules to minimize disruptions.
• Estimate labor, parts, and supplies; maintain detailed records of all assets.
• Initiate purchase orders and assist in installing new equipment or buildings.
• Continuously improve maintenance skills and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent, or minimum 8 years of related experience/training.
• Ability to read/interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures; write reports; speak effectively.
• Mathematical skills for calculations like discounts, percentages, algebra, and geometry.
• Reasoning to solve practical problems with limited standardization and interpret varied instructions.
• Work independently as a self-starter.
