What you will do

• Manage team workloads and ensure all SLAs are met with high accuracy.
• Coach Service of Process Specialists and handle complex operational tasks.
• Track and report on KPIs to identify trends and adjust workflows.
• Manage the vendor process server network and resolve quality issues quickly.
• Handle high-stakes client escalations and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and refine processes to scale performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-volume service of process.
• Deep expertise in California rules of civil procedure.
• Proven track record of leading a dispatching or fulfillment team.
• Experience tracking and reporting on KPIs to drive team performance.
• Proficiency with LegalConnect, ServeManager, GreenFiling, or similar SOP tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
