What you will do

• Manage end-to-end physical workflow: prepare, assemble, package, and ship medical record request packets.
• Track and log all outgoing shipments and process incoming records to ensure no delays.
• Coordinate with the Finance department to secure provider pre-payments for complete packets.
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and internal data security standards for sensitive physical documents.
• Operate independently at the Los Angeles office, managing supplies and daily operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for in-person work.
• Experience owning a physical workflow and managing document-heavy processes.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy and strict HIPAA compliance.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple cases and documentation.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in administrative, operations, or shipping/receiving roles.
