Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 (including quarterly bonus)

What you will do

• Build and lead the first dedicated partnerships function for the Lit Support team, establishing the operational playbook.
• Own the entire client relationship, from onboarding through to escalation resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to ensure organizational alignment.
• Identify and resolve gaps in the client experience to create scalable service models.
• Navigate the complexities of court filing and service of process across multiple markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the legal or litigation support industry, focusing on customer success or account management.
• Hands-on expertise with court filing and service of process.
• Proven experience conducting webinars and product demos for legal professionals.
• Background in selling or supporting the sale of litigation support services.
• Proficiency with Slack, Zendesk, and HubSpot (or similar CRM/support tools).
• Must be based in the United States.
