TL;DR

Manager, Customer Success (LegalTech): Leading and scaling a team of Customer Success Managers to drive retention and adoption across North American and international markets with an accent on regional complexity and value realization. Focus on optimizing renewal processes, improving customer health metrics, and integrating AI adoption into the customer journey.

Location: Hybrid. Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Austin, Chicago, Denver, New Jersey, Philadelphia, or Raleigh (on-site presence required at least 6 days per month).

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of International Customer Success Managers supporting diverse regions.
  • Own the renewal process and customer retention outcomes, ensuring accurate forecasting in SFDC.
  • Drive consistency and scalability of Customer Success processes and playbooks across global markets.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into roadmap prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to support regional growth and advocacy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Customer Success or Account Management teams.
  • Strong track record of driving adoption and value realization across diverse customer segments.
  • Ability to operate effectively across different regions, cultures, and time zones.
  • Executive-level communication skills for engaging senior customer stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using customer health, adoption, and renewal metrics.
