What you will do

• Administer and update office networks, firewalls, and internet-related infrastructure.
• Build and maintain on-premise servers and storage infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot all office hardware, including laptops, meeting room AV, and printers.
• Provide 2nd line technical support and manage staff onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to design, deploy, and secure the environment.

Requirements

• Proven 2nd line IT experience with a focus on network engineering.
• Cisco networking expertise and CCNA certification (or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing FortiGate firewalls.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.
• Proficiency in supporting on-site servers and hardware for Windows and macOS.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Advanced certifications such as CCNP or Fortinet NSE.
