What you will do

• Support livestreams, podcast tapings, and emerging-format productions across studio, field, and hybrid environments.
• Partner with editorial and technical teams to translate creative goals into reliable production workflows.
• Operate production tools including encoders, software switchers, graphics systems, and audio workflows.
• Troubleshoot acquisition, production, and distribution issues in real-time under high-pressure conditions.
• Produce, edit, package, and deliver audio and video content for digital and social distribution.
• Create and maintain SOPs, guides, and documentation to standardize complex production processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in production, digital media, podcasting, or technical operations.
• Hands-on experience with livestreaming, video production, or digital publishing workflows.
• Familiarity with encoders, software switchers, audio systems, and cloud production platforms.
• Basic understanding of end-to-end media workflows from acquisition to distribution.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York, NY.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
