Salary: $93,000 - $120,000 yearly

What you will do

• Partner with Correspondents and show teams to develop and deliver visually compelling stories with well-researched journalism.
• Pitch, field produce, write, and fact-check stories for linear and streaming platforms, ranging from daily news to longform pieces.
• Conduct original reporting, deep research, and secure guest bookings in a competitive environment.
• Collaborate with control rooms and editorial teams to build rundowns, write intros, and produce live/taped segments.
• Oversee field operations, including live shots, remote anchor setups, and breaking news coverage.
• Work with editors to ensure high-quality video packages, graphics, and sound.

Requirements

• Must be based in Atlanta, GA
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in network news, cable, or talk show production.
• Experience shooting (DSLR) and editing (Avid and/or Adobe Premiere).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. politics, current events, pop culture, and lifestyle trends.
• Willingness to travel frequently, domestically and internationally, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong storytelling ability with creativity in pitching original ideas.
• Experience working with live programming.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure during breaking news situations.
