What you will do

• Execute professional-grade in-game capture for marketing and archival use.
• Support on-set production for developer interviews, including camera operation and lighting.
• Edit video assets for social and owned platforms using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assist in managing the on-site broadcast suite and real-time stream encoding.
• Maintain studio hardware, software readiness, and technical documentation.
• Provide A/V support for internal studio meetings and executive showcases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in video production or live broadcast.
• Must be able to work on-site in Sparks, MD.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Understanding of digital cinema cameras, professional audio signal flow, and lighting.
• Experience with live streaming software such as OBS or vMix.
• Ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Firaxis titles (Civilization, XCOM, Marvel Midnight Suns).
• Understanding of 4K/HDR workflows and motion graphics.
