Salary: USD 95,000 - USD 105,000 yearly

What you will do

• Support live and recorded productions across linear and streaming platforms.
• Lead the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and disaster recovery plans.
• Coordinate daily captioning operations for WRC and WZDC, including scheduling and testing.
• Implement and test new production technology and workflows.
• Oversee administration and configuration of newsroom production and content storage systems.
• Provide MOC shift coverage during gaps or peak hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in radio, television & film, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in broadcast, media operations, or production environments.
• Experience with vMix or similar live production/streaming platforms and asset management systems.
• Knowledge of transmission systems, including bonded cellular, microwave, satellite, and fiber delivery.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
