Salary: $108,000 – $170,000 per annum

What you will do

• Implement AI Agents including prompt design, workflow configuration, and evaluation frameworks.
• Lead technical engagement with customers, conducting demos and guiding solutions from concept to production.
• Integrate systems via APIs, handling authentication and data mapping with CRMs and knowledge bases.
• Configure telephony routing (SIP/CCaaS/PSTN) and troubleshoot call quality.
• Refine LLM prompts and monitor performance to meet automation targets.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve platform gaps and drive client implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in conversational AI, solution engineering, or delivering AI/LLM-based applications.
• Proficiency in prompt design, workflow building, and API integration (e.g., Twilio, Amazon Connect).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini), vector DBs, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Working knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and performance optimization.
• Programming experience in Python or JavaScript.

Nice to have

• Experience with iPaaS tools like n8n or Zapier.
• Familiarity with telephony or voice systems (SIP, CCaaS, PSTN).
