Compensation: USD 115,000 - 150,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage rundowns and oversee live reporter requests as Line Producer.
• Supervise the daily editorial vision in collaboration with the Anchor and Executive Producer.
• Write scripts for news readers, breaking news updates, and teases.
• Supervise and copy edit scripts created by segment producers.
• Coordinate cross-platform coverage for large-scale news events.
• Originate story ideas and determine video/sound elements for assigned segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in live television, specifically as a Line or Segment Producer.
• Thorough knowledge of current events, US politics, geopolitics, foreign policy, and history.
• Proven experience writing scripts at the network or cable level.
• Ability to work flexible hours under tight deadline pressure, including during breaking news.
