Salary: $200,000 - $235,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as a strategic financial partner to the CIO and EVP of Technical Operations and other senior leaders.
• Oversee core financial budgeting, pacing, and variance analysis for short and long-term planning rhythms.
• Develop tools and processes for strategic insights, including capital investment return and capitalized labor analysis.
• Lead all core finance processes and AI-driven finance transformation initiatives for the Tech Ops division.
• Structure, coach, and develop a team of six finance professionals based in New York.
• Collaborate with adjacent business units to drive efficiencies and ensure financial transparency.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of financial experience, including advanced leadership and financial stewardship.
• Experience managing financial metrics and forecasting specifically within the media industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must be based in New York, NY to comply with the hybrid schedule (minimum 4 days/week in office).
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, matrixed organizational structure.

Nice to have

• Prior CFO or P&L leadership experience.
• Proven track record in recruiting and retaining high-performing financial organizations.
