VP, Engineering Finance (Media)

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York City (minimum 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $200,000 - $235,000 yearly

What you will do

• Partner with the CTO and Engineering leaders as a strategic financial thought partner.
• Lead core finance processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop tools for capital investment return analysis and engineering time tracking.
• Manage and develop a team of 7+ finance professionals across global locations.
• Lead monthly operational reviews and ensure financial transparency across business units.
• Implement operational and financial best practices and balance sheet stewardship.

Requirements

• 8+ years of financial experience with advanced leadership and financial stewardship.
• Senior financial management experience in matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing metrics and forecasting within tech or digital development environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must be able to work from the New York office at least 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Media or Broadcast industry.
• Prior experience as a CFO or P&L leader.
