Director, FP&A (Media)

TL;DR

Director, FP&A (Finance): Leading capital and allocations financial planning and analysis for the Operations & Technology segment with an accent on consolidation of internal cost allocations and capital expenditure. Focus on optimizing budgeting processes, managing executive-level financial reporting, and leading the operational finance for Global Security.

Location: Hybrid (New York, NY) - requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week

Salary: $135,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of capital and allocation annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Consolidate and analyze $1B in internal cost allocations and $0.5B in capital expenditure.
• Provide regular reporting and variance analysis for executive-level presentations.
• Serve as the operational finance lead for the Global Security organization.
• Drive continuous improvement and simplification of FP&A processes and systems.
• Manage and develop a team of two finance professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A with demonstrated success in financial management and leadership.
• Solid financial modeling skills, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for concise financial reporting.
• Must be based in New York, NY to meet the 4-day-per-week in-office requirement.
