Location: Hybrid (Universal City, CA) - contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Serve as the business owner of the Rotten Tomatoes App, owning KPI targets for MAU, engagement, and retention.
• Develop and lead the AI strategy for consumer discovery, personalization, and content operations.
• Oversee overall editorial strategy across web and app to ensure programming supports growth and monetization.
• Execute the affiliate revenue growth roadmap and optimize content-to-commerce integrations.
• Oversee the strategic integration of Movieclips to maximize video monetization and discoverability.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Ad Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure platform discipline.

Requirements

• 12+ years of leadership experience in digital media, consumer products, or GM-level roles.
• Proven track record of revenue accountability and P&L or forecasting ownership.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable app growth and user retention.
• Experience leading AI-enabled product initiatives and recommendation systems within high-trust brands.
• Editorial fluency with a deep respect for brand integrity and neutrality.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup, attending the office at least 3 days per week in California.
