TL;DR

Junior Enterprise Executive (SaaS): Managing discovery calls and maintaining Enterprise account pipelines for public sector software with an accent on lead qualification and pipeline reactivation. Focus on executing discovery conversations, coordinating with Account Executives, and driving enterprise deal momentum through the MEDDPICC framework.

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in Oakville, ON office)

Salary: $60,000 base + variable

What you will do

  • Conduct initial discovery calls for enterprise opportunities sourced via BDRs, marketing, and partners.
  • Manage and warm up active enterprise opportunities between AE touchpoints through value-driven follow-ups.
  • Re-engage dormant pipeline by qualifying closed-lost or stalled opportunities.
  • Deliver standard product overviews to enterprise prospects.
  • Partner with the channel ecosystem, including resellers and SI partners, to drive joint pipeline.
  • Maintain precise CRM hygiene in Salesforce using the MEDDPICC qualification framework.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or junior sales roles within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound meeting or pipeline quotas.
  • Experience leading discovery conversations with directors and senior public sector executives.
  • Familiarity with complex enterprise sales cycles and formal procurement processes.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3 days/week) in Oakville, Ontario.
