Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 + equity

What you will do

• Conduct technical and operational discovery with internal customers to define requirements and implementation risks.
• Translate financial and business problems into implementation roadmaps for commercial products.
• Manage third-party vendors to ensure optimal configuration of COTS platforms, maintaining alignment with priorities, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead data validation and UAT efforts, identifying root causes of data mismatches and resolving transformation issues.
• Document and maintain technical artifacts, including system architecture diagrams and user guides.
• Apply AI and emerging technologies to accelerate analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, a STEM discipline, or 8+ years of professional technical experience.
• 5+ years leading complex enterprise platform implementations for ERP or CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics 365, Odoo).
• 3+ years in internal customer-facing roles driving technical project leadership.
• Experience with distributed architecture, AWS cloud architecture, and APIs (RESTful or gRPC).
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or other protected individual).

Nice to have

• Financial domain knowledge and experience with financial processes.
• Proficiency with relational databases (MSSQL or PostgreSQL) and complex SQL queries.
• Experience with C# and API integrations.
