What you will do

• Build and deploy LLM-based solutions to improve operational efficiency for customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data science teams to develop new ML-driven features.
• Evaluate and integrate new ML tools and frameworks to optimize experimentation and operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues, including data drift and model latency, using observability tools.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and design reviews shaping the company's AI platforms.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada.
• Proficiency in Python or Ruby on Rails for building production-grade ML tooling and services.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform, Helm).
• Experience with CI/CD and automating model training, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts and lifecycle management.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing).
• Knowledge of ML governance, responsible AI, and secure AI operations.
• Experience developing guardrails for reliable and compliant AI systems.
