What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy sophisticated AI models leveraging LLMs such as GPT-x, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and Mistral.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to improve accuracy and provide source traceability.
• Develop GenAI-powered applications that comply with regulations including GDPR and the EU AI Act.
• Optimize prompts using advanced techniques like Chain/Tree/Graph of Thought, ReAct, and Self-reflection.
• Apply MLOps best practices for CI/CD, versioning, and monitoring on Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure model performance, reliability, fairness, and safety.

Requirements

• Master's or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in ML, software engineering, or data science with a focus on LLMs.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Proven experience in NLP/NLU, vector embeddings, semantic search, and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Knowledge of proprietary and open-source model ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Hugging Face).
• Experience with Cloud platforms and familiarity with MLOps principles, Docker, and Git.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic AI systems using LangGraph or AutoGen.
• Proficiency with vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, Chroma, or OpenSearch.
• Experience developing conversational AI systems and chatbots.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
