What you will do

• Design and deploy on-premises AI infrastructure using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Manage model serving solutions like SGLang to optimize inference performance.
• Configure and maintain AI stack components including LiteLLM, Open WebUI, Milvus, and Langfuse.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise security policies and R&D governance standards.
• Collaborate with AI architects to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
• Provide documentation and guidance to internal users of the AI platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in developing and administering on-premises AI/ML platforms.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux environments.
• Experience with LLM serving frameworks, orchestration layers, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of observability solutions for AI workflows.
• Strong understanding of network security, container security, and data privacy practices.
• Ability to translate technical constraints into business-aligned outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of private cloud architectures, including OpenStack.
• Experience supporting design workstations or CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
